100,000 square foot, two-story middle school and updated athletic fields. Building is designed to house 800 students with classrooms, commons, library, cafeteria/performance space, gym and athletic fields. By using REVIT, mechanical design reflects care in location, equipment and maintaining the quality of building aesthetics. The design also complies with the Washington Sustainable Schools Protocol.

New 34,000 square foot Performing Arts and Education Center with vocal, instrumental and drama classrooms, practice rooms and 5,500 square foot 'black box' performance space. Boasts theater quality, low noise HVAC systems, as well as efficient interior and exterior lighting quality and classroom AV systems.

51,000 square foot intermediate school in Fife School District. Spaces include classroom, administrative, library and gym. Mechanical sustainable measures include Demand Control Ventilation. Electrical sustainable measures include high performance lighting with occupancy sensors.

New 45,000 square foot Mount View Elementary in the Highline School District is a two-story building on the same site as the building it replaced with a layout including an administration area, tow story classroom wing and gymnasium, kitchen and cafeteria areas. Mechanical design was a reflection of the goals of easy maintenance and long-term sustainable efficiency.

65,000 square foot Creekside Elementary in the Issaquah School District is comprised of 31 classrooms, gymnasium, multi-purpose room, kitchen, library and administration spaces. To reduce the number of exterior louvers and enhance the architectural appeal of the building, efficient variable speed mechanical relief fans were utilized to control building pressurization. Radiant floor heat was provided at the library storefront entry to inconspicuous supplement heat to that area.
